Vendor terms & conditions agreement to sell virtual assistant services on VA Solutions

Welcome to the Marketplace Vendor Terms and Conditions for VirtualEdge VA Solutions. This document outlines the responsibilities, rights, and guidelines vendors must adhere to while selling through our platform.

  1. Vendor Responsibilities at Vendor Terms & Conditions 

All vendors must ensure that their product listings are accurate and comply with our marketplace guidelines. Vendors are expected to fulfill orders in a timely manner and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  1. Commission & Payments

Vendors will receive payments bi-weekly, minus the agreed-upon commission of (15% – 20%) per sale. Review our Vendor Payment Policy for more details.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including the sale of counterfeit products, is strictly prohibited. Vendors found violating these terms may face suspension or account termination.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between vendors and customers, VirtualEdge VA Solutions will mediate to ensure a fair outcome for both parties. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.

  1. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate any vendor account that violates these terms or fails to maintain marketplace standards.
